CREATE an index page -
Locate the site palette on the right side of your screen. (You may have to open it by clicking on the word "Files.")
Make sure you're in Local View (not Remote View), then find the folder you just copied from the server.
Right-click on the folder . . .
and select New File from the menu.
Name the new file index.html.
You can create more new pages the same way (by right-clicking and choosing new file). Here, I've created a page for my vita.
Now that you've created the file, you're ready to open it and add some content. You can open any of the files you just created by double-clicking on them.
